Meditation is a practice where an
individual trains their mind to focus on an internal energy i.e., a state of
joyous union with spirit. It is a technique where you slowly getting into the
world of bliss, happiness and most important self- realization.
Keeping your eyelids completely or partially closed, look
upward, focusing the gaze and the attention as though looking out through a
point between the eyebrows. Do not cross the eyes or stain them, the upward
gaze comes naturally when one is relaxed and calmly concentrated. Give yourself to it body, soul and mind,
surrender every feeling, forget external energy and concentrate on your internal
spiritual capacity. Those who do see the spiritual eye should strive to
penetrate it by deeper concentration and by devoted prayer to god. Through deep
concentration you attain a spiritual and mental balance and can directly
connect yourself with the divine power a god.
Whether you see the light of spiritual eye or not, but you continue
to concentrate on a prayer, bridge a relationship with god through meditation.
However, it is difficult to focus on a specific thought but not impossible,
believe in yourself and attain a self- realization. This makes you to stay away from all the
disputes, disharmony, and envy. And haul you to the path of peace and inner
joy.
The meditation period should last at least thirty minutes in
the morning and thirty minutes at night. The longer you sit, enjoying the state
of meditative calm, the faster you will reach to the spirituality. Under
stress, meditation is only a medicine which helps you to blow your entire
hitch.
