When the night has come, when the hour to sleep has come, into the half light of my bedroom , I start my mantras recitation. First I go before Brahma, my Creator, the sacred OM. A hundred and eight times! After this I go before Ganesh , God of prosperity! After this I go towards His father, my sweet Lord Mahesh. Finally ( and this order may be changed , excepting of Brahma in first place) and after these recitations I feel very, very strong: all divine energies come to me powerfully and so , I lose the wish to sleep , if I am tired it goes away, and it seems I slept the whole night! Mantra is power! Sanskrit words are power! Through them Gods and Goddesses come to me for blessing me and my life shines as the sun light! Om Suryaya Namaha!
