Delhi police has permitted various organizing commitees of Puja Pandals and Ramleela the use of loudspeaker till mid-night.It will remain effective till Oct.17. Earlier the permission was denied due to security reasons.However no permission for Mela, food-stalls or joyrides has been given till 14th of Oct when the Common Wealth Games will come to an end. The organizers can start installing joyrides from 12th Oct so that all the mechanical inspections and other legal formalities can be taken care of till the time Games end.
